Default Horn, turn signals and brake lights out

Here lately my steering column mount horn button has had a strange low tone sound to it. Well, Friday night driving down the road, I hit the button, the button stuck inside, got one hell of a spark / smoke and the button flew off leaving the two exposed wires hanging from the end arching all over the place. After separating the wires I noticed my turn signals weren't flashing. They come on, but stay on without flashing. But I can hear the flasher clicking off and on as if they are working. The taillights and brake lights were working at the time but now the brake lights are out. Is all of this related? I'm also getting 48v from the end of the horn wires at the column.
The cart is a 2006 Club Car Precedent with factory lights.
I'd appreciate any input.

I'm not an expert, but I don't think you should be getting 48 volts on those 2 wires...I would think it should be 12 volts....

That’s exactly my thoughts. That’s why I mentioned I was getting 48V. It doesn’t sound right to me at all. But I’m no expert either

Do you have a 48 to 12 volt converter on it? You will need to follow wires from horn to find problem. Doesn't make sense to me why you would have 48 volts.

May have a 16 to 12 volt converter, these are often mounted under the cart, directly under the charging port.
