power wise 28115 g04 trouble ezgo pds
My charger doesn’t seem to be fully charging batteries.
The batteries are exide and a few months old. I monitored the charging cycle and at one point reached 47.1 volts, but while charging continued , voltage dropped to 39.5 and charged stopped. I borrowed a friends charger . The battery pack immediately after charge read 41 volts . I played 18 holes fairly flat course, pack read 39.5 after the round. I tested the charger components using DIY Golf Carts video online, all seemed to be ok. After a full charge with my charger the cart struggles to play 18 and pack voltage drops to 38.0 range .Any and all ideas appreciated |
