Re: Fugi 350cc Power Adders?
The current belt on the cart is:
72054G01 According to the parts list, the cart uses: 72328G01 Severe Duty Is this the PN for the drive clutch: 26952G01 What's the deal with an upgraded spring? What does it do and why is it better? |

Re: Fugi 350cc Power Adders?
The current belt does seem to have a decent amount of play and slack in it
Is the tension adjustable ? I just ordered a new severe duty double cog belt |

Re: Fugi 350cc Power Adders?
New Stens generator belt and new double cog drive belt installed
How much tension or slack should there be in the generator belt? Both installed easy |

Re: Fugi 350cc Power Adders?
There should be no slack in the starter belt. And enough tension so as not to slip when starting the engine. As a rule of thumb, you should be able to twist the belt no more than 1/4 turn
