yamaha drive wont go in reverse
cart will go forward but when I switch to reverse it still goes forward. tried a known good switch and still did the same thing any idea what's going on thank you

Check that the Reverse signal is getting to the controller. If it is, then you have a bad controller. Is the reverse buzzer coming on when you put it in reverse???

no the reverse buzzer isn't coming on dude said he was tugging on wires and it came on for a second and then never turned on again

You need to trace the reverse signal to the controller connector. Sounds like either the controller isn't seeing the reverse signal or the controller is faulty.

i have traced all 3 wires from switch to controller and ohmed them out each one 1 ohm still no reverse
