MCI spark plug??
What plug are you running in your MCI Motor. I typically run NGK BPR2ES in everything. However this MCI motor is hitting the electrode just enough t close the gap to about ten thousandths?? Not sure I have had this happen before.

Picked up some 4’s they did not have 5’s in stock. Runs better when the gap isn’t uncapped 🤷*♂️

Re: MCI spark plug??
The last few MCIs we've dealt with we started using AC Delco plugs since for some reason the FR2A-Ds are overheating and they lose spark. BPR2ESs will work but tend to get all sooty after a few miles and you lose power.
