2010 Club Cart Precedent
20220823_121547.jpgNot familiar with these carts at all.
What would you pay for a 2010 48V Precedent. Best case scenario batteries need replacing and not sure if the charger works. A older gentleman bought it over a year ago. He said he was told it needed batteries. His health took a turn and will not be able to use it. He said he paid 2000. He said he was trashing it but I'm looking for a fair number for him. |

Depends on the condition of the cart, but I'd say initially in fairness to him, he's looking at some profit. There should be room in there for him to make some and you still get a good deal.

Re: 2010 Club Cart Precedent
Based on how much of a mess it is, I would say it's not worth 2 grand with old batteries.

Re: 2010 Club Cart Precedent
In my opinion he paid too much also. That's best case scenario is only the batteries. Unfortunately I got to learn first hand that people aren't always honest. (My solenoid replacement that is actually the controller)
Volt_Ampere What would you give someone for it? I don't want to take advantage of the situation. He knows he is going to lose money on it. |

Re: 2010 Club Cart Precedent
I have a 2010 48V Club Car Precedent which I have used daily since 2014.
I have also owned gas EZGOs (Shuttle and RXV), a gas Yamaha EFI, and a gas Columbia Par Car. What I would say is that mechanically the Club Car is the superior cart with much more positive steering, better brakes and is an all round better engineered cart. It also seems to have stood the test of time better than the other carts I have owned. |
