try contacting these guys should be able to help you out have done a bit of searching but no luck hope you come right

I called them and they don't know. some wear in the 1980's is all they could tell me. I going with 1988. from what I see of other carts on line.

its a 1981 manufacture date 21 may 1981

Somethings not right unless someone changed bodies on that thing. 88 was the first year for that style of cowl with the raised center on it., Your code says 81, you do have the 2 pg engine in it so that dates it 88 or older. You got an odd one there

88 was the first year for the plastic cowl on your body. Before that it was all steel. That maybe what the web site says , but that is for the marathan cart which was the years stated, but they did change the body in those years. 88 being the first year for the plastic cowl extention and the raised center.
