I sure am glad you posted this. I just got my cart a few weeks ago and I too have to have to load it backwards on the trailer. It is probably only a matter of time before this same thing happened to me.

Ive had them fly off also, not thinking. Mine was almost off the trailer and into traffic.

I agree with Dooms. Some sort of alcohol based cleaner and a scuffing pad. I would also try brake clean. it freezes the residue to chip off and dries with no residue on the clutch!

Thanks guys for the HELP! Just glad I dont have to drop $350 bucks on a new clutch. I will see if it will work it self out if not I will take it apart on a rainy day. Now I know to strap the seat down. LOL.
