backfiring and missing
I have a 1995 295cc Robins. I have adjusted valves to .004, and replaced the carb. I have also replaced plugs, ignition coil, and filters. This thing is still backfiring and missing. I am not exactly sure how I should adjust the carb. Does the linkage have anything to do with this problem? Also where should the adjustment on the side of the carb that controls the choke be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: backfiring and missing
Take your pilot screw all the way in and then back it out 1 1/2 turns.
