Default A Nice New Floor In my Ezgo

The floor mat was in bad shape on my 1987 ezgo. So I was looking for a good replacement for it. Then it hit me to put truck bed liner paint on the floor. If it works for a bed of truck it should work on the floor of my cart.

I got the rubber mat off and cleaned the floor really good. Took some bondo to fill in the cracks and gaps. Sanded everything ready good and painted two coats on the floor. When it dried it looked great and has work out nice so far. Also it did not cost that much $10 for bondo and $20 for a pint of truck bed liner paint.

This is what I did and work well for me and could make a good winter project.

Thanks Guys

I used Herculiner bed liner paint. I did my trailer with the paint and no more rusty trailer. So I thought Herculiner would make a nice floor for the golf cart. Also you can paint over the Herculiner to make match your Golf cart if you like.

Looks great - I own a sound production company and we use that stuff on almost all our PA cabinets as well as on the floor of our mobile stage, bulletproof stuff !!!
