Workhorse won't go uphill
2001 Workhorse
Is used to go uphill just fine. Last summer it stopped running and it turned out it needed an engine rebuild. Father-in-law rebuilt the motor for me. Now it does not want to go uphill. In fact, it will stop dead in the middle of the hill. It used to handle this hill with no problem. Anybody have any idea why? |

Re: Workhorse won't go uphill
Check to see if your clutch is working.
Had a similar problem. Mine was the clutch. The weights would not move any. The bolts were rusted and would not move. Hope this helps. .45ACP because shooting twice is silly. |

Re: Workhorse won't go uphill
Are you getting enough gas into the carb? Check also gas in tank. New gas? Tank almost empty? When did you last change your spark plug? Maybe it's for tune-up.

i would say clutch issues or you have the throttle cables miss adjusted.
