Hitachi motor in 1984 Par Car
How can one identify the posts on a Hitachi motor (36 v on a 1984 Columbia Par Car)?
There are four posts; two on the end near the shaft and two in the middle. There appear to be 4 brushes that look in good shape. I'm trying to check the wiring as per the schematic, but not much on the cart is easily identifiable. Thanx for any help. |

Re: Hitachi motor in 1984 Par Car
The posts should be larger and smaller. The larger are the A1 and A2 armature/motor and the smaller are the F1 and F2 fields.
