Default G1-Intermittent Spark At Above Idle RPM

Hi, looking for some insight on this problem.
I just replaced crank seals and had it running good. Take it to the golf course the next day and it starts acting like it is starving for gas at high RPM and eventually at low RPM.
No tools with me, so I load it up and take it back home. It seemed like a fuel problem, so I adjusted float both ways with no difference.
Next thought was losing spark at high RPM. Hook up timing light and verify it is losing spark.
So, now that I have found my problem, where should I start looking and testing.

Thanks in advance.

My only suggestion would be to disconnect the orange wire from the coil and attach your volt meter to it well, then make shure your negative lead is grounded well also. Crank it over, if you lose 12 volts positive at the coil lead, could be a bad CDI. Now check for lose of ground with the same test. Could be bad/corroded wire harness connection on the ground side.

Thanks for the reply, I will do that tomorrow.
Speaking of ground, I just finished having a look through the service manual and it shows negative grounded to chassis and solenoid, yet when I look at both my G1s, they both only have a single lead to solenoid.
How is the cart grounded, through the solenoid circuit

My bad, wasn't clear headed when looking at diagram. All good there.
See there is a jumper between solenoids and ground to chassis is on the other solenoid.

Will start testing after work today.

Looked at my chassis ground and it said clean me. No change.
Swapped out coil from my parts cart, problem solved.

Now to enjoy the new and improved cart. FOUR !!

Cheers !!
