I've had Simple Green actually start to etch metal before. It has taken the skin off of my fingers. That's why I don't use it anymore. Fuel oil, diesel, or kerosene.

It's an old farmer trick. If we had something that was seized, we just soaked it in kerosene or diesel for a while.

Hopefully it's just set up a little from sitting around and nothing is broken. Good luck.

well put kerosene down the spark plug hole lastnight at like 11 and checked it at about 4:30 today, no give what so ever, I then tipped the motor on the side and filled it from the exhaust port and filled it to the top(kerosene staying in) I think all the kerosene came out from the spark plug hole( put plug back in)

so my question is , how long should I leave this kerosene in the motor?

If it doesn't free up in a day or so, you have more serious problems. The crank bearings could be seized. How hard are you trying to turn the clutch?
When you try to turn it, look inside the exhaust port and see if the piston is moving at all. If it moves just a tiny bit, could be frozen rings.
