Default 1995 Club Car missing all electrical need guidance

So here it goes. Brand new to the group and golf carts. I consider myself pretty mechanically sound I have been a diesel tech for almost 15 years however we are talking golf carts haha. I purchased a 1995 club car gas from a gentleman and he described it as needing the engine put in. So he gave me a brand new kawasaki OHV engine for it, a clutch and a muffler. I was not aware of all the things missing here. Further investigation would point to that everything was stripped from it. The electrical control box, the intake and everything in the box. I researched alot online and realised exactly how much I'm looking at in replacing these parts with new. Is there some resources out there for used parts? Or is someone on here selling what I need? Thanks everyone in advance!

Are you also missing the starter/ generator?
May be cheaper to build the club car with a Honda clone/ Briggs engine.
Then recoupe your money by selling the new Kawasaki engine

First what is your intended use for this cart?
If golfing or just putting around the yard I would try to put it back to stock.
If lift kit and big tires it might be cheaper to go the clone, Briggs route for 2x the power of stock.
the best way to research it is to look in the clone/ big block section.
Their are some Honda clone engines with an 18 amp charging system electric start
The process for this would be to use a taper clutch adapter and your stock clutch
Make or buy an engine mounting plate
Fab up an exhaust and throttle linkage
This could also be done with a Briggs/Kohler
Do some research first, then see if it looks like you would like to do that much work.
Vegas carts sells instal kits for either engine in your cart.

Thanks! Well I can honestly say it's going to be for at my camper to just put around occasionally. I'd hate to just toss the brand new motor aside and go right into fabrication.

If that's what you are going to use it for I would make it stock also.
Make a list of parts you need and post it the classifieds
May get lucky and pick up some of the parts for a good price.
Their should also be a wiring diagram in the gas club car section
Good luck on your build
