Make a list of parts you need and post it the classifieds
May get lucky and pick up some of the parts for a good price.
Their should also be a wiring diagram in the gas club car section
Good luck on your build
Thank you very much!

Could I bypass the electrical component box and limiter switches and make it a electrical turn start instead of the pedal starting it?

I purchased a 1995 club car gas from a gentleman and he described it as needing the engine put in. So he gave me a brand new kawasaki OHV engine for it, a clutch and a muffler. I was not aware of all the things missing here. Further investigation would point to that everything was stripped from it. The electrical control box, the intake and everything in the box. I researched alot online and realised exactly how much I'm looking at in replacing these parts with new. Is there some resources out there for used parts? Or is someone on here selling what I need? Thanks everyone in advance!
Electrically to make the cart run not much is needed. I'm pretty sure the Kawasaki engine you have has its own ignition therefore all you need is a kill switch. If it has a starter then all you need is a solenoid and a switch to start the engine with. If it has an alternator under the flywheel all you need do there is connect the wire to the positive post of the battery to keep your battery charged. Just look at what you have and take one step at a time. Once you have it all figured out then you can make up a pretty wiring harness, close up the loose ends etc.
Oh and ask as many questions as you have. Plenty of good answers to be found amongst the folks here. Patience :-)

Thanks Everyone! I posted on the guys for sale thread and I'm just waiting to hear back. If it's too much for my pockets I will go the manual start route

Also this new engine I have, it's a kawasaki fe290. Do I need an igniter for it and there at 3 wires with a connector plug. Where do these wires connect?

Further looking into it my engine I got was actually a fe250d. Is this what I'm supposed to have?
