Grab the cart and tip it on its side. Same thing o would do with a sled. It won’t take much to give a hydraulic effect.

Is the bolt hole (where you insert the puller) solid all the way down to the engine? I.e., if I tilt the cart say 10 degrees and pour a cap of oil in there, will it get where I need it to be? I’ve never seen the inside and according to the diagrams it looks like it might be. Therefore it looks like the “jack up one side” method would work fine.

Well, oil in the hole didn't work (didn't try grease). I pushed just the right wheels up on a ramp so the cart is tilted and it ain't workin! I ratcheted the puller all the way down and am going to leave it overnight. Got a torch to apply heat tomorrow if I still cant get it. Very frustrating!!!

If I do go the heat route, I guess I leave the oil in there and also leave it cranked all the way down, right? Should I try white lithium grease before trying the heat? Any other ideas?

Thanks again in advance!

Hears the deal with the oil the hold needs to be completely filled if it's not it's not doing you any good because the air pocket with just compress losing all your "hydraulic force" the hole needs to be completely full and use a thread sealer on your bolt also

I don’t own an air impact wrench. I do own an 18v Ryobi impact wrench. Is that not sufficient?
