I GPS'ed at 14 mph.
Allright!! Great news!! Would love to see a video of the panel less cart cruising down the street. I got the under frame painted today. I hope to finish the rest later today or tomorrow. Then I will start my reassembly. You got me inspired to get off my tail and get working. Thanks for the updates.

Did some house planning this weekend and not much on the cart except put it through its paces.

I used the charger that came with the cart to charge the batteries. I was a little leery at first because the batteries seemed charged, but the charger was still putting out nearly 20 amps. I left it go today and it shut off on its own. The pack was at 39.37v after it settled down. The batteries averaged about 6.55 volts per battery. No heat in the batteries at all that I could detect and still full with electrolyte.

Bought some body filler, need to prep and paint the panels. Maybe this upcoming weekend.

be sure not to drain much the batteries as well as let the charger equalize and complete until shut off this first 10 to 20 cycles, you have to treat them as pets, they need to learn good habits from beginning to ensure a healthy life. They will deliver better performance after you educate them. Voltages seems ok. Look forward to see this project completed!

Good advice. Anytime you run the cart for 10 minutes? Put them on the charger. When you say you let the batteries settle down before taking a volt reading .... recommend at least 4 hours if not 24 hours.
