scratches on body
I've got a 2000 TXT that has several scratches on front. Looks like previous owner had something attached that rubbed the body. I tried some polishing compound by hand but no luck. Waiting to get buffer on it before I asked for opinions. They are not deep into plastic but looks like surface is scuffed. Thanks, Tom

Re: scratches on body
If not deep you can try wet sanding, Start with like 400 grit, then 800 grit and finish with 2000 grit and then car compound/buffer. Take your time and you will be surprised at how well it turns out.

Re: scratches on body
Wanted to follow up with you. I used my air buffer and some 3M polishing compound then went over with swirl remover. Looks better than new. Thanks for advice!
