Whats the best way to disable this? and where is it located at?

Reverse buzzer? Just rip it out. Or cut the wire. Or muffle the sound by putting tape around it. Or wear an earplug so you wont hear the sound. There are a thousand and one ways of a skinning a cat!

You can follow the wire from the buzzer to the 12 volt source and just pull the connector off..
