1995 Club Car controller ...program?
Long story short. My friend apparently reversed the polarity when hooking up his 95 club car electric 48 v cart. The electric power system has obviously been fried because of this and now does not react at all when trying to run.
A Club Car technician when asked what typically needs replacement after such a mishap advised to start with the controller. He has located an identical Curtis replacement controller. I have seen reference made on this board indicating a need to program a new controller. Is there such an action? If so will it be necessary to accomplish this task? Could anybody explain the process briefly and how would this be accomplished / or perhaps point me to a link explaining the process. Thank you for your help. rimshot425 l |
