EZGO price help please !!
I have been offered a 1982 EZGO gas cart in excellent condition for $500. It really is pretty clean considering the age. It has great tires, new battery, non-split seats doesn't smoke (much for a two stroke lol) but I was wondering what you EZGOers think about the price ? Good, average or too much. Your thoughts are appreciated before I sink another 1/2 a G into a money pit.

I don't think that is to high. I bought an 87 1-1/2 years ago for 300. It needed a battery, fuel lines and tires. Otherwise it was real clean and origional. I thought I got a good deal.

$500, for a clean good running cart is a good price, just look under it a make sure the frame is all nice and straight and not rusted out, check around the battery for rust on the frame, do a compression test if you can that will tell you a lot about the motor, take a meter and check the battery---sounds like a good deal--

I'd buy it! Clean, runs well, and tires are good... I'd say go for it. Who knows you might could sell it again and make 100 bucks!!!
