Club car runs but does not start well.
Hello, I have a 1996 club car. When I go to start it, it just idled but he clutch does not engage. It will eventually go if I keep pumping the gas pedal and choke it a bit but sometimes it takes 5 minutes to start (which is frustrating). Once running it starts good every time and clutch engages every time. I have cleaned the carb twice and all the lines and cleaned the fuel pump. I also put a new spark plug in and tried adding sea foam to the gas. Any ideas?

Check to make sure choke cable isn't broke and is closing butterfly in carb
