Airflow modifications
Has anyone drilled holes, or added circulation fans to help with airflow/cooling? I know motors get hot, but anything to help keep it cool I feel would be beneficial. I'd like to go on a 5-7 mile ride without feeling like I'm murdering my motor. Thanks in advance.

Re: Airflow modifications
Drilling holes in the shroud can actually make cooling worse. Disrupts the flow from the fan. I'm always cautious when going on a long haul. I seen a cart that went 5 miles and cooked.

Re: Airflow modifications
One good suggestion I have seen is to get something like a register cover for hvac or vent covers like on a water heater door. They come in both plastic and metal and it gives you versatility on size and shape.
