Club Car Limo Project
Yep the darn craigslist got me again. Brought it home today and stuck it out back not sure what I will do with it yet. I have everything to make it a stock running and driving cart but that is not my style.

Re: Club Car Limo Project
Did a little research today and found out this is a 1996 Villager 6 gas. Seems like a good candidate for a Predator 670.

Re: Club Car Limo Project
I have all the pieces and parts to make it complete and I am getting good at putting together these DS puzzles together. And of course a 670 is a must. Might try the 625 just to see how it does. My plan is to sell this cart when I get it going.
The G2 is due back from powder coat any day so the Villager project is going to have to wait. |

Re: Club Car Limo Project
I have herd that some of the factory limo carts have a limited slip rear end. I was wondering if anyone else has herd this. This Villager 6 does have some goodies on it that a standard 4 seat cart doesn't have. I am really liking the sway bar setup it has for the engine cradle.
What I am really interested in is if the rear axle is limited slip or how I can test to see if it is. |

Here is the engine cradle with the sway bar option on it.

Re: Club Car Limo Project
I have the roof struts and all the other pieces to make a complete cart. The po had stripped the cart to the frame with the intention to rebuild it with another body. The only piece missing is the center body section. I have 2 extra ds bodies so I am sure I can fab something up for the center section.
