Drive clutch bolt
Can someone help me find a drive clutch bolt for my 99 club Car. I busted it today taking the clutch off.
I looked at the sponsor sites with no luck. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks |

Re: Drive clutch bolt
if it is right handed you could try the local hardware store.
left handed maybe? in either case i bet your local dealer has them! -Aaron |

Re: Drive clutch bolt
i would guess that you are going to have to go to the dealer for that. hard enough to find lefties in short sizes at the hardwares around here. especially in a grade 5.

Re: Drive clutch bolt
Oh boy, I know this post is old but I'm hoping for a reply. I did the same thing. I just ordered the new bolt but I'm wondering how difficult it was to remove the piece of the bolt in the crank after removing the clutch. Can I still use the bolt type puller with the threads of the broken hold down bolt still in the crank? I left the clutch on so that I can move the cart around until I get the bolt.

Re: Drive clutch bolt
Sorry for the confused post Mooncarter I edited the word "nearly" out. I broke the bolt by hand going counter clockwise.
