Default Cart wont move with passenger or extra weight.

I have a 92 EZ Go Marathon 4 stroke, 2 cylinder....

I just got it out of the shop today, getting the pulsar coil replaced. Now the cart will not move when a passenger sits down. It runs pretty good with just a driver.

It seems intermittent, because one time today it hauled two passengers...but now it wont.

Could this be tied to the pulsar coil replacement ( its under warranty )?

Any help would be appreciated....thanks

Check the usual things, Belt, open the seat and watch the clutches, make sure the primary (drive) closes all the way and the secondary (driven) opens all the way.
If that's all working properly, check your compression.

Thanks, not sure how the clutches work but I will research. Any easy way to check the compression?

Sorry, I called them both "driven". The primary is the one on the motor. The secondary is the one on the axel.
The primary should close as you accelerate and the secondary should open as you accelerate.
If either one of them doesnt open or close under acceleration, that's your problem.
There is no way way to accurately check compression other than with a guage.

Clutches,
