Balancer was broken. Removed it from the engine, reassembled everything without a balancer. Everything is running great! Thanks for all the assistance.

Sweet, you are lucky!...the engine should be fine without it. It was put there for NVH refinement only as far as i know. As long as you super-cleaned everything you touched, and put a gasket (not ONLY silicone) on the crankcase mating surfaces, you should be good-to-go for a while.
