lights not working

I'm new to carting. I have 2006 EZGO TXT
My lights are not working. I cannot find fuse box or inline fuse to the switch.
I have this wire that was not hooked up no clue what it's for. PO had an amp and stereo in this thing that's gone, any help would be appreciated

Exonie67, as always, trace the wires. However, you will get much better responses if you post this in the Electric EZ GO Section where people are familiar with your cart. Photos always help too.
