Default Gangsta Lean....

The driver's side rear leans a little to the left. I assume this means it's time for new shocks. Will I need to know how high the cart has been lifted in order to replace the rear shocks? If so, is there a method for measuring the height of the lift?

Shocks don’t control the height on a club car.. Springs and bushings do. Is the front or back worse?

It is fairly common. The leaf springs are worn. For a no cost repair you can try swapping the left and right sides. Or buy new.

Shocks don't carry the weight, the leaf springs do.
The shocks only dampen the up down movement of the spring for a smooth ride.
Take some measurements on the right and then the left between the frame and the spring, with that lean you should find one to be less than the other. Chances are you have a leaf spring that has gotten weak.
in that case the lift does not matter, just order a pair of replacement leafs and change them both.
While in there, take the lower shock bolt out and push/pull it up and down if there is a good amount of resistance (and they each take about the same amount of force) then they are fine and wont need replacing.

Learn something new every day! The back is worse. I noticed there was only one leaf. Is that because of the lift kit?

I would just buy new. Am I able to buy just one leaf per side? Would I be able to buy a heavy-duty spring setup? Would the heavy-duty springs work with the lift kit? 3 or 4 leaf set?

Good advice! I will check the shocks as well.

I will leave this for the experts, but they look to be single leaf stock springs.
My opinion is... If you are going to replace do them both sides.

Single leaf is fine, it's just worn. HD springs may ride rougher than you like when you don't have much weight out back. Stock or progressives (two leafs) may be better for your purposes. My DS only has stock '02 springs out back and it's been fine.
