Stereo system install
I wanna install a waterproof cd player along with a couple waterproof speakers....nothing fancy, jus want a little sound. i have a separate 12 volt battery that i run my accesories to and i was wandering how yall had your cd players hooked up....to the key switch or on a separate switch?
Some pictures of yalls setups would be nice to. Basically what im asking is how to install a sound system in a electric golf cart haha |

Re: Stereo system install
I like the convenience of the overhead console, and I lined it with 1/2" self adhesive foam, and got some Infinity 6-1/2" speakers that sound great, but the weight was just too much for the roof, so I'm adding a luggage rack to correct that. I do have a switch that I got off a dead computer power supply, located just to the left of the stereo, so I can kill it to answer my cell, but that's not necessary. I have a three position key switch that powers my converter, so all accessories are switched on and off that way.
