Default Battery help

I have a 48volt setup. Long story short, I have some in-laws in town and they over used the buggy. My son told me when he plugged it in the SOC said 24volts.
Well the pack will not charge above 48volts now. Most of the batteries are charged to 6.0, 2 are 5.9. I am now trying to charge each battery individually.

Are these batteries toast or can I get them back? if so what is the best way to do it. These batteries are 13 months old.

Thanks Scotty. i did check the water, it was low in all of them. they are now good. Should I charge the pack again and again, or individual.

The in-laws didn't make the batteries get low on water. Try replugging the charger. Plates exposed to air may have been damaged and their ability to hold a charge may be reduced.

Yep the water was my fault, but they were not that low, just not optimal. I will plug in the charger again and again. And hope to get lucky.

Thanks Scotty.

Either way, You can run 5 minutes to remove the surface charge and replug. That will work.
