Default Piston out

I just remover the piston from my 2000 FE290d engine witch was smoking but ran...I took 2 measurments with a tool I got for ID measuring and the top of the cylinder about 1/4 inch down was 3.72 and a little lower was 3.79....od of piston is 3.50 on top and 3.60 on bottom.so is this a stock piston and rings?
If so here is my question.if it is stock can I just hone the cylinder out a little and go with stock rings or do they make over size rings for a stock piston if so what do I need to get???? please

ive seen tapered cylinders before but those measurements are quite a bit over. lots of scoring in it im guessing? lines/scratches up and down with the piston movement?

unsure if you can get a replacement cylinder for the kawasaki but I would think its how id go if the block allows it. might take a machine shop to press it out and new in.

still wanting my motor?

I would take the block to a good automotive machine shop and let them mic it. They will tell you if honing will work or if it needs to be bored.
