Default Yamaha G29 seems super slow

I got a 2011 Yamaha Drive that seems really slow. I gps’d the speed at 9-10mph. The batteries are only a year old so that’s not the issue. Any ideas?

Do a load test on the batteries. Connect your multimeter to the pack, find a steep hill, and drive up it. Note how low the pack drops.

Ok that's a little low, but not too bad. Did the cart used to be quicker and it recently slowed down, or has it always been slow?

It’s been slow since I got it a year and a half ago and the batteries were almost brand new then 😬

I don't know a whole lot about the Yamahas, but they may have a speed setting similar to CCs. Maybe the controller is just turned way down??

After it drops to 44v, what does it recover to while driving at top speed?

Ok, we can rule out batteries as the cause of slow speed.
