I had a B&S 18 on a mower that leaked gas into the oil overnight. There's one wire that went to the carb. It's an electric cut off valve. If the valve sticks it overfills or continues to allow flow. The crankcase overfills with gas...The tank is above the motor....It would have to do with gravity feed, even though it has a fuel pump.
If the valve works correctly, no problem. |
