Here's what your cart came with when it was brand new. The choke behind your left knee feeds air into a large empty plastic chamber box, then into a short accordion tube, then into the air cleaner assembly on the carb:

Here's a photo of what Club car sells now as a replacement to the chamber box setup. A simple accordion hose from choke to air filter. They must have figured out that maybe the chamber box was over-engineered and just a simple hose from the choke to the air filter would have worked:

Check out this thread. This guy started in worse shape than you, as he had to fabricate the front half of the air cleaner box. He then ordered that long accordion hose from Club Car. I think he already had a choke assembly. You'll have to order or find a choke button assembly.
