Default 2010 Ezgo RXV limp mode supper slow

I have a 2010 ezgo rxv lifted with back seat. I went to install a battery meter it went down hill from there i have had the controller rebuilt twice and changed the throttle sensor brake sensor and speed sensor and now the cart has finally reacted by going into super limp mode. What else can be done I took it to a local dealer and asked them to fix it and 3 week into trouble shooting it they gave up and hand me come get it. I've checked the temp sensor in the motor it is 500 ohm Please help

Well, what errors were listed on the handheld diagnostic tool? Just throwing parts at it is a terrible way to solve problems.

Well, brake codes usually point to ...... Motor brake. Is it a persistent code in the error list, or only in the Warning page? Do you have access to the diagnostic tool? About this battery meter, how is it hooked up?

He said it would go away no access to the meter, that was at the dealer but he said he couldn't spend anymore time on it and didn't know what was wrong... it's a regular SOC meter now once it happened I put that one in instead
