check batt voltage adn cable connections.

if all is well, than i would say the controller took a dump. I have replaced many controllers on yamaha drives for the exact same thing. works one minute and not the next.

Thanks, Out of six carts, three of them will not move. Happened all at once. Wonder if lighting caused it?

checked the batteries, all fine. Cleaned terminals, check. So, controller is bad? Any place to get controllers at a discounted price?

the rev buzzer is controlled by the controller.

if pack voltage is full and you have pack voltge to the solenoid than more than likely the controller is bad. YAMAHA says to charge in off mode not in run mode for this reason. I actaualy fried 2 controller by charging carts in run mode while it was lightning outside. batts charges, but cart would not move.

I will see if i can come up with the pin on the controller that controls the buzzer. if no voltage than bad controller.
