Going to need a bit more here....

Did you check the wall outlet?

Is the charger built in circut breaker popped?

Have you tried your charger on another cart, have you tried another charger on your cart?

Have you tried resetting the OBC? Please read the sticky above in this forum.

Wall outlet - fine.

Circuit breaker NOT popped.

Used another charger - worked fine. Did not try another cart on my charger.

Don't know how to check OBC?

Charger does come on, buzzes for about 30 seconds - then stops.

If you used another charger and it worked then we know it is the charger itself and not the OBC and if its not popping the built in breaker then its likely not shorted out either. Most likely the sensing relay in the charger is bad... You can open the charger and bypass it to make sure. Seek out Crash Test Dummy he has an entire libary of helpful pictures and can show you how to do the bypass....

Guess I've very likely wrong here. Just going off the one and only trouble shooting session I had with my charger. When my rectifier bridges (2 banks of 3 diodes each?) went out the built in circuit breaker kept popping on me...

Thanks everyone for your replies.

I also think it might be the rectifier!

It could be the relay. I had a simlar problem. There is a way to check that as well. You can bypass the relay.

Hey Rickman
Remove the cover and on your Diode strips you will see several wires with nuts on them
Loosen each nut one at the time and spray WD 40 under each and retighten the nuts

Be sure to have the unit UNPLUGGED when doing this or electrical shock may occur

I have fixed MANY MANY like this and about 99% of all charger problems are due to not making good contact in this manor

Hope this helps
