Mcor?
Most likely, you don't have one in your particular cart.

Re: Charging:
Step 1 - Lets eliminate one common mistake that people seem to make when installing new batteries - please take a digital volt meter, measure and tell us the voltage from each of your six individual batteries - they should all be pretty close.

MCOR = Motor Controller Output Regulator. It's a throttle device used to communicate with the controller to control output to the motor. When the contacts get dirty it can cause your throttle to surge. It's a very common problem and I feel very confident in saying it's your issue. Your vehicle will either have a V-Glide or an MCOR. The MCOR was introduced in 2001 about half way through the year. If it has a V Glide, you'll have a pie shaped plastic box on the frame between the two drivers side batteries and the two center batteries. If you have an MCOR you can find it directly underneath the passenger side floorboard mounted to the outside of the passenger side frame.

If you have a V Glide, you'll need part number AM293201 to make the proper repair

If you have an mcor you'll need part number AM293101 to make the proper repair. We sell lots of these. It's a common issue. If I can help, let me know. Phone number is on the Web site. Link below. During the daytime hours, that's the best way to get me. I'm usually working on carts all day and don't get online much.
