Battery Charger inop
I have a 2000 club car 48 volts. I know my battery charger works on other carts. Its goes up to 17 amps of charge. On my cart with battery volt at 47 volts it will not come on. I have bypass the fuse at the plug in for the charger. The cart still runs even if I don't bypass this fuse. I do I check the OBC or bypass this to check the system? Is there anything else I should be looking for?

The fuses on the charger receptacle have nothing to do with vehicle operation. Which fuse are you bypassing? If the charger works with the fuse bypassed, the fuse is probably bad.
