I have the same stop and go problem. Once it does move and as long as I never turn the key off, it will always move. Forward or reverse. If I turn the key to off and then back on, I have a 50% chance of it moving. Batteries are fine. I have no idea how to trouble shoot this. Only thing I can add is every time I turn key to on (F or R) I always hear a click under the seat. I guess it is that solenoid near the controller. It always clicks. The cart only moves 50% of the time though like I said.
