Default Connectors for charger plug 2009 48v RXV

I have purchase a DPI charger and it has 12 gauge wire rather than the 14 gauge on the stock charger. Stock Charger is a Powerwise QE. I plan on using the same handle but need the male connector plugs (picture attached) for the new charger. I've looked all over the internet and can't find these exact ones. I only need 2 of them.

I have connected the Powerwise wire to the DPI charger and am checking to see that it doesn't get hot, but would prefer the larger wire since that's what came with the DPI charger.

Any suggestions?

Default Re: Connectors for charger plug 2009 48v RXV

Since a 48V DPI charge put out 17A and only puts out max amps during the first half hour or so, AWG 14 should handle it.

To be sure, measure the voltage between the white and black wires where they connect to the output board in the DPI and where they connect in the pins in the RXV plug while the charger is pumping out max amps. If the voltage drop is greater than 3% (about 1.5V at 48V), the wires are too small or the cable is too long.

Note: This voltage drop may increase changing time slightly, but won't reduce the charger cutoff voltage significantly since current flow tapers off as battery charges and the voltage drop becomes insignificant.

In addition, the DPI goes into a float charge mode at the end of the regular charge cycle, so the batteries will be fully charged.
