1980 ezgo 36 volt forward and reverse problem
I completely rewired my 1980 ezgo. I have it up and running except one little problem. When I put it in forward it goes backwards. When I put it in reverse it goes forwards. I'm thinking I have the cables on the motor flipped flopped. But I want to make sure before I go changing the wrong thing and causing myself a complete re-do again that is correct. Or could it be I miswired the f/r micro switch.
Any advise or help would be great. Thanks in advance. I've look at the wiring diagrams on this site and I am just not sure what I did. |

You can switch the S1 and S2 wires to the motor. They are at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock position on the F&R when the lever is in neutral.
