Default Went for a ride in the now, now no go!

Took the kids out for a ride in the snow, 10 inches here in Kansas city, then got back to the house and would not go. I can hear a click from the motor, but won't move at all, hope I didn't burn up the motor thanks

Please identify what type cart.

No matter what type drive system, the motor probably isn't the problem.

If the click you hear is the solenoid engaging, the problem is in the high current circuit, but need to know what type drive system (Series, DCS, PDS or resistor) to advise further.

It's a 2000 Series cart

If the solenoid is clicking when you push the pedal, connect your voltmeter between B- and M- terminals on controller.

Jack rear wheels off ground so cart doesn't take off unexpectedly and run over someone or something.

Push pedal until solenoid first clicks.
You should read FULL battery pack voltage.
If not, there is an bad connection someplace in the high current loop.
Trace the current path highlighted on attached schematic back to the positive battery pack terminal.

Thanks, I took a quick look today and it look like I had some corrosion around the F/R cam, thinking about replacing it anyway, I'll check this afternoon,

Give each battery cable a good tug/twist. Don't forget the four that connect down on the motor. Be careful, one may just come apart in your hands.

Probably not the solenoid. More than likely a bad cable or connection like the G-Man suggests , or the F/R switch contacts.
