2004 EZ GO Stutters
I charged my EZ GO and notice when I hit the gas pedal it stutters, but then goes. I can even slowly hit the gas pedal and it will start stuttering. I get corosion around the wires on the batteries and shake them lightly to find out if any are broken, so I changed one wire. It still stutters a little.

Re: 2004 EZ GO Stutters
If the connections are good a battery may be bad.

Re: 2004 EZ GO Stutters
How do I test one battery at a time. I have a volt meter, but what should each battery read if they are charged and good.

Re: 2004 EZ GO Stutters
Batteries have to be tested under load for performance, however you can assess their state of charge while standing. Simply look for one that is a 1/2 volt below the pack... Here is a chart to go by.
