alrighty i figured it out. one of the wires going to the motor was fried(i didnt see it in my initial inspection) but now one of the motor terminals is fried. like completely burnt and broken off fried. i found a new part online but i cant find anywhere how to take apart the motor to replace the brushes and such. i have a columbia par car motor
