Does this mean you do not have any voltage on the small white wire coming out of the charge receptacle?

If so, that is the problem.

Changed out the micro switch and starter/key component. Working now.

However the specs on the new FR component must be different from the previous because now I cannot get it into F because the bar attached to the lever handle wont allow it to shift. It hits the part of handle. Ever hear of this?
