Depending upon their condition, sometimes you can clean them up so the surfaces will mate again. Sometimes you are better off with new lugs and wiper. You will know when you get into it.
Putting it off is dangerous because the throttle can weld open in gear....

Scotty got the contacts cleaned and no more sparks but now I have sparks coming ou of the f n r where the main wire for the solenoid mounts to it I'm at a lose because everything work fine before I removed it from the donor cart

Cables connections clean and tight? Center shaft nut tight?

If yes then you might be best off to replace the F&R.

Everything is clean and tight I do have a nother f n r that came out of the 90 that I can try its just odd that all of the issues showed up after the swap

Got the f n r redone and no more sparks are coming out but it still won't move forward the contacts are still sparking and the resistors are getting hot but it doesn't move could the motor be bad or something wired wrong on it hooked everything up like the diagram for a resistor cart
