Default EZGO charger

I picked up a 96 Ezgo 36 volt cart but is has no charger . I have found a power wise for 280 bucks . How ever my freind has a Lester 36volt " Advance maching floor scrubber " charger that he is not using anymore would that work if I changed the plug or does the ezgo chargers have to be spiciffic?

Can't comment on the Lester charger, but PM me if the free one won't work. I have a PowerWise 36 volt charger that I don't need after a 48 volt upgrade.

The polisher charger will work, but is going to take forever to charge a golf cart battery pack! If you only use the cart a few days of the week and charge it the rest you will be Ok. I would advise you to get a cart charger! The Powerwise that " Yurtle " has are very good chargers! They are also fully repairable, if need be.

You should be fine using it...I don't know why this want work just fine as long as it will push 10 to 15 amps at least.
Some of the Club Car chargers only push around 11 amps are so.

I'm not sure of the ampere rating of the OP's charger, but the polisher chargers I've seen are around 3 - 4 amps. The rating should be listed right on the unit.
